Changes made to jb3b to make jb3c

1. Changed Sky to test3 by Neil Manke. (written permission received) Neil has requested that if anyone else would like to use this sky that they please write him to obtain permission.  His webpage can be found at http://www.planethalflife.com/manke and his email is neil@wkpowerlink.com
2. Gave map a name (The BigHouse)
3. Changed jail release buttons from func_button to func_jail_button for JB 2.0+ compatibility.
4. Decreased size of Armory door triggers in armory so you have to get closer to opening the door from the inside.
5. Changed the angles of the spawn points so that players do not spawn facing a wall or at the edge of a drop.
6. Added additional trigger_jails to the bases so that players can't escape without the server not knowing.  Previously if you escape out the top, but didn't go down to the release button, the server would still consider you in jail.  This was really bad on low gravity servers.
7. Added a few more items to the center areas.
8. Added sunlight to the map.
9. Changed the button textures.
10. Increased light in the tunnels from 80 to 100.
11. Adjusted brush by hall near jail exits. (to help align brick textures)
12. Added light textures to jail interior.
13. Aligned many textures on doors and walls.
14. Added _minlight to many entities (needed due to sunlight)
15. Both Armory doors open in the same dir respective to bases.
16. Angled the foot of the ramps near the base intersection.
17. Changed red lights in the blue armory to blue.
18. Colorized (lightly) the light entities in the armories.
19. Made the jail release message target_speaker reliable (won't get drowned out)
20. Fixed mix face brushes in the bases (trans sides of brushes near brushes by jail ceiling doors)
21. Increase speed of armory doors.
22. Raised the trigger in the tunnels so the hatch doesn't open until you start up the ladder.
23. Added custom executions.
24. Fixed final mixed face brush error. (detail side on contents)
25. Fixed wav file for "Blue prison break in progress", it was the same in both bases.
